This zConnect 8ch switch module is a wireless Z-Wave enabled device and is fully compatible with any Z-wave network with the same region Radio Frequency. The zConnect 8ch switch module is designed for residential and light commercial usage primarily for integration with Z-Wave home automation controllers such as Fibaro HC3/Lite Yubii Home Controller or similar.
There are situations when you want to install an additional wall switch or you want to operate multiple light circuits around the house from one switch. Or you would like to have two or three-way switching. Two-three-way switching means having two-three or more switches in different locations to control one lamp.
To do it traditionally will cost you a fortune. Just imagine the bill for the ripping off plaster running wires and installing new plaster with the paint job.
However if you have already installed the Z-Way network it is possible to do it with minimal cost. Install only one additional Z-Wave device – zConnect 8ch switch module.
Product Details
The zConnect 8ch switch module is a Z-Wave device that can control via associations with other Z-Wave network devices using up to 8 switches connected to it. The Two-Way switching module can be connected to an optional (two-wire) Temperature Probe. The device is powered by a 1/2 AA battery (ER14250) or an alternative 12-24V DC power source.zConnect 8ch switch module – can control other Z-Wave devices using standard switches connected to it. The device supports commands such as: turn on turn off dim as well as start scenes on the central controller.
The zConnect 8ch switch module supports encrypted communications via the Security Command Class to prevent hacking and supports the Over the Air (OTA) feature for the product’s firmware upgrade (subject to availability on your Z-Wave Gateway).

The zConnect garage door opener pairs with your existing automatic garage door opener via wired garage motor wall opener momentary switch to provide wireless remote opening and closing control from your Z-Wave network and controller. When installed, you can open and close your garage door from anywhere. The zConnect garage door opener has a lot of build in extra functionality.
Please note: This device will work only with garage door motor which has dry contacts for the optional wall switch. Refer to your garage door motor manual.
The controller also includes inputs for binary and multi-level sensors allowing you to fully control your garage environment:
- Attach optional external devices to get audible and visual warnings to alert those nearby of the door's impending movement.
- Connect an optional IR beam sensor to ensure that your garage door only closes when it is safe to do so.

Product Details
The Z-Wave.me Z-Wave RaZberry Card 2 adds all the components needed to turn a Raspberry PI board into a fully operational and inexpensive Z-Wave gateway. Designed to sit on top of the GPIO connector (not blocking the USB boards), it is powered by the Raspberry PI board with 3.3V and communicates using TTL signals (RX/TX).
It hosts a Sigma Designs ZM5202 Z-Wave transceiver module, an external 32 K SPI flash for network data and a PCBA antenna. (Beside the PCBA antenna there is also an option to solder a whip antenna and an IPEX connector.)
Additionally, two LEDs are used to indicate the status of the Z-Wave controller chip.
The Z-Wave.me Z-Wave RaZberry Card 2 also contains Z-Wave low-level firmware that runs on the transceiver and Z-Way – the first certified Z-Wave communication stack which handles all Z-Wave network communication, a Javascript automation engine and a built-in web server. This device is intended for programmers who want to write their own user interface and applications however an Installer UI and Ajax web demo are available for download to get you started.
